Denver, Colorado Cheeseman Park... Cheeseman Park used to be a graveyard. When they made it into a park they were supposed to move 5,000 bodies buried there but they didn't- they left about 2,000 bodies under the park. ("You moved the tombstones but you left the bodies didnt you?" Just like the movie Poltergiest huh?) There are many stories about this. The park was built on top of a cemetery. Its been reported in several of the local newspapers that only the head stones and not the coffins were removed from at least one section many people have seen and felt strange things there.
